Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Ubulabs, LLC handles information when you visit our public website or communicate with us.
Effective date: July 22, 2026
1. Scope
Ubulabs, LLC (“Ubulabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ubulabs.com. This Privacy Policy applies to our public marketing website and related communications that link to this policy.
It does not govern information handled through client engagements, client systems, managed services, applications, portals, or other services subject to a separate agreement. It also does not govern websites and services operated by other organizations.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you email or otherwise communicate with us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, information about your organization or technology needs, and anything else included in your message.
Please do not send confidential, sensitive, regulated, export-controlled, or proprietary information through ordinary email unless we specifically request it and provide an appropriate submission method. Sending an inquiry does not by itself create a confidential, professional, or contractual relationship.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, Ubulabs and its service providers may automatically process limited technical and usage information. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring source, pages viewed, visit dates and times, interactions with the website, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie or similar technology identifiers.
We collect this information through Vercel infrastructure and security logs and Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), as described below.
3. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and communicate with you
- Evaluate potential consulting engagements
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the website
- Understand aggregate website traffic and performance
- Detect and prevent fraud, misuse, and security threats
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, and establish or defend legal claims
- Protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Ubulabs, our clients, and others
Ubulabs does not use information collected through the website for email marketing, targeted advertising, or remarketing.
5. Service providers
Our principal website service providers are:
- Vercel, which provides website hosting, content delivery, security, and related infrastructure and may process technical request and security-log information
- Google Analytics 4, which provides website analytics and may process device, browser, usage, approximate location, and cookie-identifier information
- Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to us by email and may process the name, contact details, and message contents you submit
These providers process information on our behalf or under their applicable terms to provide, protect, and support the website. Their processing is also governed by their own privacy notices.
6. How we disclose information
We may disclose information:
- To vendors that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, and operate our business, subject to appropriate safeguards
- To professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers
- When reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a lawful government request, or to protect rights, safety, and security
- In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business
- At your direction or with your consent
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use website information for cross-context behavioral advertising or share it for targeted advertising. Some privacy laws may define disclosures involving analytics technologies as a “sale” or “sharing” even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable, you may request to opt out by contacting us or through any preference control made available on the website.
7. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, evaluate a potential business relationship, operate and secure the website, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information and why it was collected. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
8. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information through unsecured email.
9. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information; obtain a portable copy; restrict or object to certain processing; or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to appeal our response or contact your local privacy regulator. We may verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be exempt under applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To make a request, email us at privacy@ubulabs.com. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to appropriate verification.
10. Do Not Track and preference signals
Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to traditional “Do Not Track” settings, the website may not respond to them. Where required by applicable law, we will process recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, in accordance with applicable requirements and the technologies used on the website.
11. Third-party websites
The website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Ubulabs does not control and is not responsible for their privacy, security, content, or practices. Please review their privacy notices before providing information to them.
12. Children's privacy
The website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
13. International visitors
Ubulabs is based in the United States. Ubulabs and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
